• 03-27-25:  New NAR Policy: "Multiple Listing Options for Sellers" - Earlier this week, the National Association of REALTORS announced they will not be dropping the current Clear Cooperation Policy.  Rather, they will be enhancing it with a new, additional policy, titled “Multiple Listing Options for Sellers.”  While the new policy goes into effect immediately, Multiple Listing Services across the country have until September 30, 2025 to make changes to their local policies to fully implement the new National policy enhancement. • 03-14-25: RESOLVED: Data Feed Issue Affecting Website Display - The Paragon team has reported that the feed issue preventing new listings and listing updates from displaying on some websites has been resolved.  Please note that the time it takes for each website to update varies.  We will continue to monitor it to ensure it's resolved.
  
  Please note that earlier this week, we received a few reports of some newer listings missing photos on Zillow.  That issue is not related to the data feed issue above. It is an issue with Zillow that they are working on resolving.  We will continue monitoring it and will provide an update when one is available.
