By paying annual dues and other events online, a detailed account of expenses will be created during the year.
Five easy steps for secure payments online:
Click Payments/Registration in the yellow bar at the top of the page.
Login using MLS ID & Password
Click the Accounts Receivable to view outstanding invoice.
Select the invoice to pay, then click "Choose Payment Options."
Select payment method; i.e. Credit Card.
Enter the payment information, then click "Submit."
The OABR membership year is September 1 through August 31. Accounts are prorated monthly for REALTOR® members joining during the year. New REALTOR® members are assessed a one-time $150 application fee. Monthly MLS subscriber fees are not included.
Annual dues must be paid by August 15. If unpaid a late payment fee of 10% will be assessed. On September 15, membership will be terminated unless all amounts due are paid, including any late payment fee.
